How is the Orbit different than the Mark?

Created by Khader Hussain S, Modified on Fri, 11 Apr at 3:38 PM by Dr Sonia Rai

The Orbit is used to target the psoas muscle only. However, for best results, both parts of the hip flexor (the iliacus and the psoas) must be released. Because of its round shape, the Orbit is not used to target the iliacus muscle on the inside of the pelvic bone.

The Orbit is the perfect companion to the Mark, a tool designed for the psoas and iliacus. After warming up the psoas with the Orbit, use the Mark to apply firm, deep and precise pressure to both your psoas and iliacus muscles.

Additionally, using the Orbit to release tension in the piriformis and glute region will address the tension in these muscles as a result of your tight hip flexors.
