Where else on my body can I use the Range?

Created by Khader Hussain S, Modified on Fri, 11 Apr at 12:21 PM by Dr Sonia Rai

The Range was designed to target 3 key muscles responsible for issues around the head, neck, chest, and shoulders – the suboccipital, pec minor, and upper traps.

But the Range is incredibly versatile. Other areas you may find the tool useful include the calves, hamstrings, quads, lower back, lats, chest, upper back, and forearms.
