The Range has 3 sets of tips at different widths and angles that are designed to target the tiny muscles at the base of the skull and top of the neck (called the suboccipitals).
The shape, size, width, and precision of the Range's tips also make the tool very effective at releasing tension in the upper traps, chest muscles, and other areas of the body.

Other areas to use the Range
While we don't have specific videos for these other techniques, customers have shared success using the tool to release tight spots in other areas.
- Calves
- Hamstrings
- Quads
- Glutes
- Lower back
- Lats
- Between the shoulder blades
- Arms and forearms
If you try to target these other areas of the body, think about how to position yourself properly to ease yourself into the pressure (supine, prone, standing and leaning into a wall).
