What does the Mark do?

The Mark's patented design and function help you release tension in your hard-to-reach hip flexor muscles, the iliacus and psoas, using precise, firm pressure.

The iliacus and psoas are two separate muscles that pass through the lower abdominal and pelvic region before joining at the front of the hip to form the hip flexor.

Each muscle is released individually.

Iliacus

The iliacus lines the inside surface of the pelvic bone (called the ilium). Reaching this area of the body requires angular pressure. Place the tip of the Mark just inside of the ilium, let it sink into you, then press down on the handle to rotate its tip to press directly into the iliacus.

Psoas

The psoas runs on a slightly diagonal path from the front side of the lumbar spine and down toward the front of the hip, running medial to the iliacus. The middle-to-lower portions of the psoas can be targeted with perpendicular pressure, where the Mark's tip is positioned straight up.
