Neck pain

Muscle tension and imbalances in the neck and upper body region often contribute to neck pain. This is commonly seen in people who spend more time in forward head and rounded shoulder postures, where they become very tight in the muscles at the base of the skull, down the neck, and in the upper traps, chest, and shoulder regions.

Here's how our products can help.

Range: releases tension in the upper traps, suboccipitals, neck, and chest muscles; can also be used on other areas in the upper and lower body.

Postural or alignment issues in the upper body can also be impacted by what is happening lower in the body. If the hips and pelvis are twisted, that impacts the alignment of the spine all the way up to the head and neck area.

Mark: releases the iliacus and psoas muscles with precise pressure, restoring alignment of the front of the hips and pelvis
Orbit: releases the piriformis and other deep hip rotators in the glute region with broad pressure, restoring alignment of the back of the hips and pelvis

Band: helps strengthen key muscles around your core, glutes, and hips to create stability around better alignment
Book: our Founder's book Tight Hip, Twisted Core - The Key to Unresolved Pain offers deeper insights into muscle tension and how it is impacting your pain, helping you understand how to address the root cause
